Procurement Specialist / Facilities Coordinator

DEPARTMENT: Technical Services

LOCATION: Nashville, TN

Goals
1) Demonstrate professional competency and mastery of technology procurement and vendor management.
2) Maximize vendor discounts for ANS products.
3) Generate two lead referrals annually from key ANS vendors.
4) Maintain the security, safety and cleanliness of the ANS corporate office

Duties and Responsibilities – Procurement

  • Process all sales orders daily
  • Communicate status of sales orders to Accounting to facilitate timely invoicing: 1) Maintain schedule of open sales orders; 2) Communicate delays in closing purchase orders; 3) Review outstanding payables
  • Process product invoicing weekly
  • Ensure all Client Renewals are completed prior to expiration: 1) Maintain schedule of all Client Renewals and distribute weekly to Client Services Team: 2) Create Quotes in Quosal for all renewals 90 days in advance of expiration; 3) Identify dates of expirations for all renewals for Client Services Team in weekly email communication; 4) Work with Client Services to renew active devices prior to expiration and document deactivated devices
  • Maintain schedule of all internal ANS renewals and keep all renewals current
  • Source products from the vendor that best fulfills each client’s requirements for pricing, delivery and hardware specifications
  • Create new projects in ConnectWise including new client onboarding, remediation, new employee onboarding and employee offboarding. Use standard naming conventions and verify that the budget for project hours matches the signed quote
  • Oversee vendor management: 1) Maintain current list of ANS’s key vendors, partnership levels, sales volume requirements and competencies or certifications required for each partnership level; 2) Communicate training requirements to Sales, Client Services and Engineering teams with deadlines
  • Receive all product deliveries at the ANS office and ensure products are delivered to the correct client location if the product is to be shipped to a location other than the ANS office

Duties and Responsibilities – Facilities Management

  • Serve as primary liaison with Beacon Security and coordinate building access
  • Distribute security badges to new employees
  • Proactively manages client satisfaction and service delivery by anticipating potential service problems and monitoring satisfaction.
  • Coordinate building repair and maintenance
  • Remove trash, boxes, recycling; restock water, sodas, snacks
  • Ensure kitchen and office common areas are well maintained, clean and organized

Ongoing Development

  • Join a Technology Acquisition professional organization such as Caucus or other group to gain professional development support
  • Gain two certifications or complete two training programs in technology procurement or logistics. Certifications or training may be completed through a professional organization or training provided by Insperity.

Technical Account Manager

DEPARTMENT: Client Services

LOCATION: Nashville, TN

Job Description
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) leverages technical, operational and business expertise to maintain and grow client relationships while achieving customer satisfaction ratings the meet or exceed company goals. Reporting to the VP of Client Services, the TAM is responsible for managing the daily tactical operations of assigned client accounts and partner with company resources to develop long-range client strategy that retains existing business while pursuing profitable growth opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leads all aspects of the client account management process, calling upon others to assist in tactical service delivery, solution development and proposal creation, as needed or as directed by management.

  • Manages assigned clients’ transition from the Sales to Client Services during client activation/onboarding.

Account Executive

LOCATION: Nashville, TN

Job Description
The Account Executive’s principal role is to execute direct sales within an assigned geographic area for purpose of new client acquisition. The AE must develop sales strategies to successfully meet and exceed sales targets and build a profitable book of business. The AE’s targets could potentially include a specific geographic area of focus or specific verticals of focus. Achieving results will include finding potential clients, qualifying potential opportunities, engaging technical support personnel to evaluate technical components of the proposal and make recommendations, compiling and presenting the proposal to potential clients, securing business and handing clients off to internal teams for implementation.

Responsibilities
Focus on business development by prospecting through a variety of methods including cold-calling, and developing strategic alliances, effectively utilizing networking groups and community involvement
Develop and manage a sales pipeline of prospects within ideal target demographic of 20-300 employees
Maintain documentation of potential opportunities and client contacts in CRM system
Understand and communicate benefits of company and product/service offering to potential clients and partners
Develop presentations/proposals to communicate new business opportunities
Secure business from potential clients
Act as the liaison between the client, Sales, Operations and other internal groups throughout initial sales process
Attend networking functions and trade shows on behalf of Advanced Network Solutions
Understand the basic elements of network IT, engaging additional levels of technical support for network analysis
Working toward a monthly/annual sales quota with a drive for success
