Job Description
- Hands-on technical position
- Requires resource and time management
- Perform ad-hoc and scheduled systems consultation for existing clients
- Act as an escalation point for other engineering escalation for internal staff
- Detailed and process oriented with amazing problem analysis & solving skill
- Verbal and written communication skills must be excellent
- Only self-starters with the ability to find solutions to problems should apply

Specific Experience –Ability to Demonstrate
- Conceptualize and provide recommendations on technology solutions
- Implementation, support and troubleshooting of internet connectivity
- Minimal direct experience with VMware, Xen, or Hyper-V
- Experience Implementing and/or administering LAN infrastructures
- Experience working after hours in order to meet client needs and demands
- Experience providing sales engineering support for sales team
- Managing deadlines, stress and competing demands
- Experience managing their own schedule with multiple competing demands
Technical Requirements –Knowledge & Expertise in:
- Microsoft Server Technologies:
- Server, Exchange, SQL, Active Directory, Terminal Server
- Entry level understanding of VMware vSphere (as well as Xen and Hyper-V)
- Troubleshooting & basic configuration of Cisco, Juniper and SonicWALL Firewalls
- Basic administration of Cisco and ShoreTelIP Telephony
- Ability to manipulate hardware as needed
Additional Requirements
- Fluent in American English
- Able to lift boxes or materials in excess of ten (10) pounds
- Maintain reliable and dependable transportation
- Maintain high-speed internet at home
