Job Description
- Hands-on sales position
- Requires strong time management
- Proven track record of business to business sales success
- General understanding of IT, Networking and Technology field
- Strong conceptual abilities, ability to translate complex technology into simple terms
- Gregarious, outgoing and comfortable working a room of strangers
- Not afraid to pick up the phone and cold call a prospect
- Killer instinct, competitive spirit, hates to lose
- Strong network of “Centers of Influence” from who to draw for referrals

Desired Qualifications
- Two (2) Years of College, Associates Degree Desired
- Basic Network Understanding (Equivalent A+ CompTIA level, MCP)
- Three (3) Years of direct business to business sales experience
- Two (2) Years of sales or otherwise experience in the IT field
- Reliable personal vehicle for travel around Middle Tennessee
Specific Experience – Ability to Demonstrate
- Continual sales growth in past positions
- Meet or exceed sales goals consistently
- Basic networking, IT and technology understanding
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to listen more than speak
- Excellent questioning skills
- Experience managing their own schedule with multiple competing demands
