Advanced Network Solutions has been named one of Nashville’s Best Places to Work
On Thursday, April 28, 2011 the Nashville Business Journal announced that Advanced Network Solutions has been named one of Nashville’s Best Places to Work. This is a fantastic achievement for the ANS team and for Sonny Clark who founded the company in 1997 with the intent of becoming the premier provider of outsourced IT Service and Infrastructure Support. Over the past 12 years the organization has grown to almost 30 people and is well respected in not just the business community of Nashville, TN but throughout Tennessee and the surrounding states where ANS provides remote Information Technology support.
“We are thrilled to earn this recognition,” stated Clark. “We truly put an exorbitant amount of time and effort in trying to make this a great place to be and it is great to get recognized for the results.”
ANS employees completed a 37 question survey conducted by Quantum Workplace answering questions about what it is like to work at ANS. When asked how working at ANS compares to past employers, Larry Hogg (Engineer) stated, “The recognition and reward that comes with doing good work is fantastic at ANS. While it may seem like a bland reason to love the company – it does make all the difference.”
In addition to the recognition for work well done, Jeff Clauer (Account Manager) indicated that the company environment and the commitment to customer service make ANS a rewarding place to work compared to past employers. “There is an entrepreneurial environment that permeates ANS. From the top down, all employees are given the latitude to think creatively and work independently as long as it positively affects the company and its clients.” Jeff goes on to say, “It really is a pleasure to work at a company that truly places the customer first. There is a genuine concern for their needs and a real desire to ensure our clients are satisfied.”
Co-owners, Sonny Clark and Keith Maune work hard to foster a positive and fulfilling working environment from all levels of the organization. It is a primary factor in all decisions made for the organization and it is a constant topic of discussion for the Executive Management Team.
Sonny and Keith are very excited about this achievement, primarily because it reflects positively on all of their efforts to create a premier working environment for their team
