Challenges and Results:
- Existing network comprised of several servers and suffered from periodic with issues and instability which produced server down-time and disrupted use
- Collaborated with Frist IT Manager to determine and develop a strategic & pragmatic approach to resolve the situation without disrupting daily operations and maintaining full- functionality
- Executed the systematic rebuild of each server and completed the project within 6 months
- Implemented an ongoing service agreement and today, consults on strategic network issues and migrations
- Network has been stable & secure since the rebuild and has doubled in size & capacity
